Based in the Netherlands, Nienke is a 26 year old contemporary artist.

Back in 2018 Nienke started experimenting with resin amongst other materials and her practice has evolved since into a wide variety of mixed media.

"Last year I quit my job and went travelling through Asia for a coulpe of months. When I came back home I felt devastated, I didn't want to go back to how things were before. Creating art has always been my biggest passion in life. So I took a leap of faith and got my own art studio. Right now I'm working day and night experimenting and creating, doing what I love. There is no plan B."
